FAQ

Questions, answered.

The kit, the price, the process, and the promises — laid out plainly. Still stuck on something? Send your listing and I'll cut you a free sample so you can see it instead of read about it.

Getting started

How does the free sample work?

You paste your Airbnb or VRBO link, and we build a short sample from your real listing so you see exactly what it becomes — no mockups, your actual place. There's no obligation and no card required. You only pay if you want the full kit.

How does the whole thing work, start to finish?

Three steps. You send your listing link, or the photos and clips you already have. We build the film, the photo set, and the site, and a person checks every frame. Your kit lands in days, ready to share. If something needs changing, we change it before you call it done.

What do you need from me to start?

Your listing link is enough to begin. If you have phone photos or short clips of the rooms, send those too — more real material makes a better result. We'll ask for your actual nightly rate for the ROI sheet, and the Airbnb or VRBO page you want the Book Now button to open. That's the whole ask.

Do I have to get on a call to start?

No. Most people just paste a link and get a sample back. If you'd rather talk it through first, book a 15-minute call — but it's never a requirement.

Pricing & what's included

What does it cost?

Kits are $650 $500 for founding clients, while we build our first portfolio — one price for the film, the photo set, and the single-property website. Property managers with several doors get per-door pricing we work out on a short call. At a typical nightly rate that's roughly two booked nights to break even.

What's actually in a kit?

One cinematic listing film, 15 to 30 seconds. A hero image plus three or four supporting shots, delivered as one matched set. A single-property website with a direct booking link. And a one-page ROI sheet built on your real nightly rate. A person reviews all of it before it ships.

What's the founding-client rate?

$500 instead of $650, while we build our first portfolio. It's a real discount with a real reason: early clients take a chance on new work, so they get the better price. When the founding window closes, the rate is $650.

Can I buy just the photos, or just the video?

The kit is built as one set — the film, photos, and site share a look, and that cohesion is most of the value. If you want a single piece on its own, or an extra like a vertical social clip or a twilight variant, ask us and we'll quote it. We'd rather answer straight than pretend everything's a fixed package.

How do I pay?

By Interac e-Transfer or card, on a simple invoice. You pay once you've seen your free sample and decided you want the kit — never before that.

Is there a contract or a subscription?

No. The kit is a one-time buy — no contract, no lock-in, nothing renewing on your card. Property managers can set up an ongoing arrangement if they want one, but that's a choice, not the default.

The work itself

Is this AI? How is the work actually made?

We use AI in the pipeline because it's fast, and that speed is the part a camera crew can't match. But speed isn't the promise. A person in Ontario looks at every photo and every second of film and decides whether it's honest and whether it's good, one frame at a time.

Do you visit the property?

No — it's fully remote, which is how we keep it fast and affordable. You send the phone photos and clips you already have, or just the listing link, and we do the rest. We work only from your real space; we relight and clean up what's there, and we never add rooms or features that don't exist.

What if something doesn't look right — do I get revisions?

Yes. We work it until it's right, within reason. You're not stuck with a version you don't like, and we'd rather redo a frame than ship something you won't use. If a request ever went beyond fair, we'd talk it through with you rather than nickel-and-dime you.

How fast do I get it?

Days, not weeks. Our pipeline is built for speed, which is the part slow camera-crew shops can't match. If you need a firm date for a listing going live, tell us and we'll commit to it up front.

What won't you do?

We won't invent your property. No rooms that aren't there, no lake outside a window that looks onto a parking lot, no furniture you don't own. We relight and tidy the real space so it looks like itself on its best evening — that's the line, and we don't cross it. If a guest books off the photos and walks in let down, the media failed.

What if I hate it?

The free sample exists so you never buy blind — if it's not for you, we part as friends and you've spent nothing. On a paid kit we keep reworking it until it's right; you're not stuck with a version you don't like. We'd rather redo a frame than ship something you won't use.

For your market

I'm a host with one listing — is this worth it?

That's exactly who it's built for. Your listing is one of thousands on the same map, and guests decide in a swipe. Airbnb's own study of 14,700 listings found professional photography earned hosts 21% more and booked 19% more nights. At most nightly rates a kit pays for itself in about two booked nights, and you see a free sample before you spend anything.

I manage a portfolio — can you do every door, and can it be white-labelled?

Yes. We do a kit per new listing at portfolio speed, and we can white-label the work so it goes out under your brand instead of ours. Pricing is per door, worked out on a short call. Managers can also add a monthly owner report to send owners each month, and in-person consults are available across the GTA.

I'm a real estate agent — does this break MLS rules?

On Ontario MLS (PropTx), AI-enhanced and virtually-staged images aren't allowed, so we keep your real MLS photo set completely separate and never pass our work off as the MLS photos. Everything we make lives on your own listing website, social, and email, where enhanced media is fair game — and we label AI-enhanced images so you stay onside with RECO. Your MLS upload stays 100% your unaltered photos.

Will you label the AI-enhanced images for me?

Yes. For agents we label AI-enhanced images so you stay onside with RECO, keep your brokerage name where it belongs, and never invent structure. Your unaltered photos go on MLS; the enhanced set lives on your own site, social, and email, where it's fair game.

Rights & delivery

Who owns the media, and do I keep my originals?

You own everything we deliver, with full rights to use it anywhere. We also hand back your original files — useful if a platform ever asks for unedited photos. Nothing we make is watermarked or held hostage to a subscription.

What formats do I get?

Photos come delivery-ready in 4K. The film is delivered in widescreen 16:9 and vertical 9:16, so it drops straight onto a listing, a website, or a phone-first feed. If you need another size for a specific platform, ask and we'll sort it out.

Where does the property website live? Do you host it?

We deploy the single-property site and host it, so it's live and ready to share the day it's delivered. The Book Now button points at your real Airbnb or VRBO listing. Property managers who want an always-current hosted site can set that up as an ongoing option.

Can I put the media anywhere I want?

Yes — you own everything we deliver with full rights, so it goes on Airbnb, VRBO, your own site, social, email, print, anywhere you like. Nothing is watermarked, and nothing is locked behind a subscription.
